Barton’s Blue Line Training and Consultation was founded in 2021. Our headquarters is centrally located in Hyattsville, MD. Through our state-of-the-art e-learning platform and in-person training, our team of certified trainers are well-versed and knowledgeable industry professionals, offering training opportunities to federal, state, municipal, civilians, and international agencies and community partners.
